Above the Fold What a visitor sees before scrolling. AI Search Asking an AI tool a question and getting a direct answer, sometimes with the pages it used, instead of a list of links. Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) Shaping your pages so AI tools can find them, understand them and quote them in their answers. Also called GEO. Backlink A link to your site from someone else's. Brand Voice The consistent way your business sounds in writing. Call to Action The specific thing you are asking the reader to do next. Citability How likely a page is to be cited by AI when someone asks a question it answers. Conversion Rate The share of visitors who do the thing the page was built for. Downsell A cheaper alternative offered to someone who has just declined. Guarantee What you promise to do if the buyer is not satisfied. Headline The first line of a page, and the one that decides whether the rest gets read. Ideal Customer Avatar The single best-fit customer, described in detail. Ladder Content A page you keep updating as the subject changes. Landing Page Any page built for one campaign and one action, rather than for browsing. Lead Magnet The free thing someone gets in exchange for their contact details. Long-Form Content Substantial pages that cover a topic properly rather than briefly. Long-Tail Keyword A longer, more specific search phrase with fewer searches and clearer intent. Low-Ticket Offer A small paid product whose job is to turn a subscriber into a customer. Objection Handling Answering the reasons someone would say no, before they have to raise them. Offer Everything the buyer gets, for what price, on what terms. Order Bump A small add-on offered on the checkout page itself. Persona A described archetype of the person you are writing for. Pillar Content A substantial page on a broad topic, with shorter posts clustered around it. Risk Reversal Moving the risk of the purchase off the buyer and onto you. Sales Funnel A sequence of offers at increasing levels of trust and price. Sales Page A page with one job: turn a reader into a buyer of one specific offer. Sentiment Analysis Working out the feeling behind a piece of text. Skyscraper Content Finding a page that ranks well and doing the job properly. Social Proof Evidence that other people have already trusted you and were right to. Split Testing Running two versions against each other to see which performs better. Squeeze Page A single-purpose page that trades something free for an email address. Style Guide Written rules for how your organisation writes. Testimonial A customer's own words about what changed for them. Upsell A larger or faster version of what someone has just bought, offered straight after. Value Proposition Why this person should buy this thing from you rather than from anyone else.

Prompts

Extract your brand voice from what you have already written Produce a reusable voice guide from three pieces of your own writing. Make an AI draft sound like a person Strip the tells that make writing read as machine-made. Prepare for the objection you dread Rehearse the hard part of the conversation before it happens. Build an AI audit into a sellable offer Turn "we could look at your AI use" into something with a price and a deliverable. Write an image brief that gets the picture you meant Stop rerolling. Describe the image properly the first time. Brief AI with your finished plan The opening move for any workbook you have filled in — hand it over, and make it prove it understood before it writes a word. Write one funnel asset at a time Turn a funnel plan into the twenty-odd pieces it needs, without them drifting apart. Turn one topic into a pillar and its cluster Take a topic you already own and lay out the pillar page plus the posts that hang off it. Audit a page against the job it is meant to do Paste a live page and find out whether it does the one thing it exists for. Turn your website plan into a brief for a developer The same plan that briefs an AI tool will brief the person you hire — this gets it into their language. Fifteen headlines, none of them invented Generate enough options to actually split test, with the claims locked down. Turn one long piece into a month of short ones Get a month of posts out of something you have already written, without saying the same thing four times. Build an ideal customer profile from real words Use what your customers actually said, rather than a persona you invented in a workshop. Turn a finished workbook into a 90-day plan You have answered everything. This turns the answers into an order of work with dates on it. Rewrite a page so it asks for one thing Most underperforming pages are not badly written. They are asking for three things at once. Turn a course checklist into a launch plan The checklist says what to do. This says in what order, and what has to be true before you go live. List Growth Strategy Interviews you about your business and audience, then builds a list-growth plan from the tactics that fit you rather than the ones that are fashionable. Audience Insight Finder Works out who you are actually growing a list for, and what they are trying to solve, before you write a word of it. Lead Magnet Idea Generator Generates lead magnet ideas that lead towards what you sell, rather than ones that attract everybody and convert nobody. Lead Magnet Title Maker Title options across proven styles, with subtitles, a recommendation, and the reason that one wins. Lead Magnet Creation Studio Takes an idea you have settled on and drafts the lead magnet itself, section by section. Opt-In Quality Checker Scores a finished lead magnet against what the opt-in page promised, and says where it falls short. Opt-In Page Converter Rewrites an opt-in page around one action, and lists everything currently competing with it. Subscriber Next-Step Builder Decides what happens in the minutes and days after someone subscribes, which is where most lists go quiet. Download Page Optimizer Turns the download page from a dead end into the next step, without ambushing someone who has just signed up. Subscriber Journey Mapper Maps the path from first contact to purchase and names the places people fall out of it. Conversion System Audit Audits the whole opt-in system rather than one page of it, scores each part, and ranks what to fix first. Traffic Focus Finder Works out which traffic source is worth your time given what you already have, rather than the one that worked for someone else. Freebie Promotion Campaigner Builds the campaign that actually gets people to the lead magnet, which is the half most people skip. Content-to-Subscriber Strategist Turns content you already publish into a path that ends in a subscriber. Content-to-Opt-In Converter Finds the opt-in hiding inside a piece you have already written, and drafts it. Partnership Matchmaker Identifies the partners whose audience overlaps yours, and what you could credibly offer each of them. Lead Generation Campaign Architect Designs a full lead-generation campaign backwards from the offer, so every piece has a job. Lead Magnet Makeover Diagnoses a lead magnet that is not converting and rebuilds the part that is failing. Subscriber Opportunity Map Finds what your existing list already wants that you are not yet offering. Email List Growth Roadmap Sequences the whole thing into a dated plan, in the order the work actually has to happen. Find the questions your buyers ask AI Draft the name questions and problem questions buyers put to AI about what you sell, in their words rather than industry language. Score a page for AI citability Check a page against the six things that make an answer easy for AI to lift out and cite, with the line that earned each score. Turn citability gaps into page changes One recommended change per weak point on your page, tied to the exact sentence it applies to, without AI rewriting your page or inventing claims. Ask a website to correct what it says about you A short, easy-to-approve correction request for a directory, listing or article that AI is repeating wrong details from. Compare an AI search re-test with your first results Lay your first AI answers beside the re-test answers and see exactly what changed, what did not, and which cited pages are new.
