1. Who we are

Doing Better with AI is an online reading library published by Digital Rapport® ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to read member content, keep notes, or track progress. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your login. One account is for one person; please don't share it.

3. Plans and payment

A free account needs no card and gives you the opening chapter of every course, the complete glossary, the topic hubs and a starter prompt pack. Our paid plans open the full library, including the fillable workbooks, the course checklists, chapter action notes that export alongside your answers, and the full prompt library. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.

Paid plans are subscriptions. The price and the billing interval are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay, and the plan renews automatically at that interval until you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change with notice; a change never affects the period you have already paid for, and existing subscriptions keep their original rate while they remain active.

4. Changing plan, cancelling and refunds

You can change plan or cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Moving between plans is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

If you are within 14 days of first subscribing and have not yet made significant use of the paid material, contact us and we will refund you. Beyond that, if something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out.

5. What you may do with the content

Courses, chapters, glossary entries, workbooks, checklists and prompts are the property of Digital Rapport®. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read them and to apply what they teach in your own work.

You may not: share your login; download, copy or republish the material; resell or redistribute it in any form; or use it to build or train a product that competes with us. Exporting your own completed workbook is for your own use and is not a licence to distribute the underlying material.

Prompts from the prompt library may be used freely in your own work, including work you are paid for. Where any future downloadable template carries explicit commercial-use rights, those are set out with the template itself and take precedence over this clause.

The workflow prompts and the installable skills that accompany them are provided for your personal use, which includes work you are paid to do for your own clients. You may not redistribute, resell, republish or share them, and no resale or reproduction rights pass to you. The same applies to the workbooks, checklists and course material.

6. Your own content

Everything you write here stays yours: notes, workbook answers, checklist progress and support messages. It is private to your account. We don't publish it, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.

You can export your workbook answers at any time — as a PDF carrying your own answers, or as plain text. If you close your account, that material goes with it.

7. What we don't promise

We write about AI, which changes constantly. We review material and date it, but we cannot promise everything is current or that following it will produce any particular result. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice. Decisions you make off the back of it are yours.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or retire features; if we withdraw something substantial that you paid for, we'll tell you.

8b. Support

Support is by email and through the support area in your account. We aim to reply within two working days. Support covers using the platform; it is not consulting on your business, and we cannot advise on whether a particular AI tool is right for you.

9. Ending an account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms — for sharing logins or republishing content, for example — and will explain why.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we'll update this page and the date at the top; material changes get an email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
