Offer

In short
Everything the buyer gets, for what price, on what terms.
In plain English
Not the product. The whole package: what is included, what is excluded, how long it takes, what it costs, what happens after someone pays, and what protects them if it goes wrong.
Two businesses can sell the same product and have completely different offers.
A real example
"Six coaching sessions, £1,200" is a product with a price on it. "Six fortnightly sessions over three months, a written plan after each one, email access between sessions, £1,200, and if the first session is not useful you pay nothing" is an offer. The second is easier to say yes to and easier to write about.
Why it matters
Most people can describe their offer out loud and have never written it down, which means it exists nowhere an AI tool can reach. Writing it out once — the inclusions, the exclusions, the terms — is the single input that most improves what a model produces about your business, and it takes twenty minutes.
