Low-Ticket Offer
1 min read · Reviewed 17 Oct 2026
In short
A small paid product whose job is to turn a subscriber into a customer.
In plain English
An inexpensive product — often £10 to £50 — sold not for the revenue but for what it changes. Someone who has paid you once is a materially different prospect from someone who has only downloaded something.
Sometimes called a tripwire, though that name says more about the seller's intent than the buyer's experience.
A real example
A £27 pack of email templates sold to people who took the free guide, ahead of a £900 coaching programme.
Why it matters
It is the step most small businesses skip, going straight from free to expensive. The gap between those two is where most funnels lose people.
