How a removals firm stops AI guessing about the business
A removals firm kept getting AI copy that described a national chain rather than a six van family business. The fix was not better prompting, it was writing the business down once.

Picture a family removals firm with six vans, mostly doing house moves within one county, with a sideline in packing for people going into care homes.
Every time someone there asks AI for a quote email or a website paragraph, what comes back describes a different company: nationwide coverage, a fleet, twenty-four hour support, a promise about being fully insured that nobody checked. It reads fine and it is not them.
The instinct is to blame the prompt and write a longer one. The more useful move is to notice that the model is filling in gaps, and that the gaps are always the same ones. It does not know who they serve, how they talk, or the three things that actually make people choose them, so it reaches for the average removals company instead.
Writing that down once, properly, and pasting it in before every request changes what comes back, because the model is no longer guessing.
