How a garden centre gets three people writing in one voice
A family run garden centre had three people writing its emails and signs, and they sounded like three different shops. Writing the voice down gave AI something to match.

Picture a family run garden centre where three people write things. The owner writes the weekly email and it sounds like her: dry, practical, a bit funny about slugs. Her son does the social posts and they are all exclamation marks. A part-time member of staff writes the shelf signs and they read like a catalogue.
None of it is bad. It just does not sound like one shop, and customers who like the weekly email arrive to find the signs were written by somebody else entirely.
Adding AI to this usually makes it worse, because now there are four voices. What helps is the opposite order: decide what the voice is, write it down with real examples, and then give that to whoever is writing, human or otherwise.
